We’re proud to announce that we were awarded The Standout Product Launch Award at Amplitude’s Amplify product conference in San Francisco for our Innovation Lab. The entire SocialChorus product and engineering team were recognized by their peers for all their hard work and dedication to customers.

Just two months ago, we announced Innovation Lab—our initiative dedicated to essential product features to help communicators streamline their workflows, automate tedious tasks, and engage with their workforce in the smartest way possible. We’re delighted to be recognized for this work and what it’s done for communicators and their employees.

Amplitude is analytics software for web and mobile that we use to understand our end users’ behavior, track metrics, and ultimately build a better product for our customers. At the conference, we were surrounded by leading engineers and product teams who are creating and scaling the technology we rely on.

Congratulations to all the winners

There were five additional awards categories, including Voice of the Customer—won by Segment and Pioneer; and Product Leader—won by our customer, AB InBev. According to the event, there were hundreds of submissions for the five categories and it was “fiercely fought.”

Amplitude’s Amplify event was a “masterclass” in product management techniques and went deep into on topics like user retention and growth. Standout presentations included those by Shaun Clowes, Chief Product Officer at MetroMile, who focused on how to deeply engage users throughout the product experience.

Brian Balfour talked about “channel/market” fit as a key driver of growth. While Eric Vishria, General Partner at Benchmark, encouraged marketers to optimize products for clarity and what resonates with customers.
