Principal, Healthcare Practice Leader, FMG Leading
Jennifer is Principal at FMG Leading and leads their healthcare practice. In her role, Jennifer focuses on meeting the human capital needs of FMG Leading’s portfolio of healthcare clients, while consulting on large-scale change and leadership development. Her areas of focus include executive coaching and supporting leaders in designing culture, deepening alignment with strategy, and developing more effective strategies for execution, communications, and engagement.
Prior to FMG, she served as an executive leader for the St. Joseph Health System in southern California. Jennifer was responsible for driving corporate strategy, conducting market research, and overseeing leadership development initiatives as SVP of Organizational Effectiveness and SVP of Planning. Early in her career, she worked as senior manager for Deloitte’s Health Care Consulting Group and as a financial analyst in the investment banking sector with a focus on the healthcare sector.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Economics from Pomona College of the Claremont Colleges in Southern California, and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management and Strategic Planning at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
Lynn is a healthcare industry executive with extensive experience leading communications, marketing, and product development for healthcare and medical device organizations. Major areas of responsibility have included developing branding, communications and marketing strategy development and execution, product and market research, and product management.
Lynn’s career includes developing innovative cardiology, radiology, and oncology medical device platforms. She is co-inventor on six patents. Her early training in the nursing arts and medical technology prepared her to work closely with physicians, provide patient care and diagnostic testing. Lynn brings a unique perspective on designing communications, marketing, and product strategies targeting providers, healthcare administrators, and consumer audiences.
Lynn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Services from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of Washington. In April 2019, she completes a post-graduate diploma in Digital Business from Columbia and MIT Sloan business schools.
