Jeff leads the Client Strategy and Success team, consisting of product and industry experts that work closely with SocialChorus customers to plan and execute their digital workplace initiatives. Jeff brings a successful track record of helping organizations drive change through digital transformation. He has built and scaled service teams at SaaS companies spanning CRM, ERP, e-commerce, customer experience, and HR. Jeff believes great customer service starts with understanding a client’s desired business outcome and providing the right mix of strategic planning, practical guidance, and tactical execution to make it happen.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University.
